To get right to the point, I have decided to change my Instagram name from @mssew_itall. I have decided to move my IG name from just sewing to be able to broaden myself. I don’t just sew, I craft in all different ways. While my MAIN will be sewing, you may see me doing different things here and there on my stories. I wanted to incorporate my real name as well. Although I have my name in my info, not everyone is going to be looking there and I don’t want to go by “mssew_itall”.
Since my name is super common I had to go with something that described me. I must have come up with a good 15 names before I finally settled on something that came to me one morning. My new IG name will be @andreanaturally because that is what it is going to be about. I figured my style is fun but simple and that comes naturally to me because I am a goofy person. I feel like people always have fun around me because I love to make people laugh with my corny jokes, that is of course after we break through the shyness and awkwardness (lol). I want to reflect bright colors and quirky style while keeping a simplicity to it because, lets be honest, don’t have money to buy a ton of shoes and accessories (lol). While I am still experimenting with my style I know that it will involve lots of color and maybe things that don’t quite match but look good together.
With that said follow me over at @andreanaturally to check out what I have been up to. I will still be logging all my sewing on this blog and I will not be changing the name since I JUST paid to have my domain changed. In the coming year, I will be re-branding my website as well to match my Instagram but for right now, I am going to attempt to revamp my Instagram. As for posting on my feed, I have decided that three times per week would be best for me as I am also trying to reduce time spent on my phone and in front of screens. I really want to maximize the time I have for projects and blog posts as well as getting my health in order, cleaning the house and being a mom. I hope you all will stick with me throughout this journey of “I have no clue what I’m doing but I’m trying”.
